Sharon Der - Growing up in San Francisco exposed me to the diverse culinary world at an early age which led me to pursue a career in Hotel and Restaurant Management at CCSF. Working with sweets heightened my interest. After graduating and taking on a two year pastry apprenticeship at the San Francisco Hilton Hotel, I continued to hone my skills for the next 10 years with prominent chefs and went on to work at the Four Seasons Hotel and Rose's Cafe.
